The newspaper interior dates 1825. The box is lozenge shaped with hand painted paper and a thistle on top. 2 ½ x 4 ½”x 2 ¾”. The box is stable with delicate cardboard having some crinkling.

A true survivor! This little doll sled is complete and unbroken with a 9” handle to pull it along! The amazing blue paint is original along with its paint decorated embellishments! And 4 pegs on each side to hold the “logs” in place. 11 ½” l x 5 ½” w x 4” tall

A wonderful pen-wipe of a little cloth dog on his hind legs, seed black eyes with stitched nose and mouth on brown and red wool felt with silk ribbons. 4 ½” x 5 ½”. Tiny moth hole on back of dog and missing a couple of stitches on one of the felt pads.
